CURRENT VACANCIES

CONTRACTS COORDINATOR

MCMS is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of deals from origination to closing.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all deal flow activities for the deal desk team, including deal intake, assignment, tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage deal timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Facilitate communication between deal team members, internal departments, and external clients.
  • Prepare and maintain deal documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and proactively address potential roadblocks in the deal process.
  • Assist with deal negotiations and due diligence processes as needed.
  • Generate reports and track key deal metrics.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM or deal management software is a plus.

REGIONAL COORDINATOR

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Coordinator to join the MCMS team. The Regional Coordinator will assist with the delivery of various international projects within a fast-paced working environment. As Regional Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of various tasks ensuring their completion according to the defined timeline. 


The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain all relevant tracking and reporting platforms at the request of our clients.  You will have great problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships of trust and openness with key stakeholders, individuals, and groups at all levels of the organisation. 

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in supporting change and will be a key champion of developing and implementing new/improved standards, processes, and working practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing multiple regional project activities. 
  • Coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and clients monitoring project progress, managing resources, resolving issues and ensuring projects are executed according to the scope.  
  • Manage the administrative tasks of an organisation at the regional level.
  • Developing and implementing work procedures and processes and resolving work problems.
  • Communicating updates, tracking budgets, and maintaining documents to ensure successful completion of projects within their region.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Level 3 (or equivalent) or higher qualification in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

LMR PROJECT MANAGER

We require a candidate with a demonstrated track record in project management, possessing the authority and capability to coordinate day-to-day project operations. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong sense of motivation and drive, demonstrating a proactive and enthusiastic approach to their responsibilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide Radio Frequency Management, creating immediate and timely responses to unforeseen failures or occurrences. 
  • Manage the 24/7/365 Service tailored to the in-region requirements. 
  • Provide synergy between the existing procedures, support, and management structures to effectively address the global and regional requirements of the client’s Land Mobile Radio (LMR) model. 
  • Minimise the response time for triaging and ticketing failures in the LMR network, thus reducing the physical vulnerability within the building’s security. 
  • Lead and manage the Global LMR Team (PM). 
  • Developing processes, creating and maintaining documentation and user guides and delivering familiarisation globally for LMR and access control. 
  • Shift patterns may be required for some roles.

 Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in Service Desk and Land Mobile Radios is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven track record, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure consistency in reaching the project's goal.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Competence to accurately maintain and review project documentation and records.
  • Proficient in office software (Google Workspace, MS Office, project management software).
